About Stuart Schroff , MD

Dr. Schroff studied biology at Pomona College in Claremont, CA, earning a BA in 2004. He spent two years at Georgetown University, earning an MS in Physiology and Biophysics and running the human simulation lab at the Georgetown School of Nursing. He attended Keck School of Medicine from 2006-2010, graduating with Dean's Recognition and as a member of AOA. He then completed a surgical internship at Huntington Hospital in Pasadena, CA, before returning to USC for his Diagnostic Radiology, where he was awarded resident of the year 2013-2015, and served as chief resident in his senior year. He stayed at USC for his fellowship in Interventional Radiology, which he completed in 2016. After fellowship, he went into private practice before returning to USC as faculty in 2017. He is board-certified in both Diagnostic Radiology and Interventional Radiology.

 

Dr. Schroff is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Radiology, the Vice Chair of Image-Guided Interventions, and the co-director of the third and fourth year medical student rotations in Vascular and Interventional Radiology. He serves on several hospital and departmental safety/quality improvement and resident/fellow education committees.  He has authored and co-authored multiple publications and book chapters. He has been an invited speaker at multiple conferences, including the Western Angiographic Society.
