“
I believe in the dynamic and essential role of sleep and its impact on a person's overall health. As a family medicine-trained physician who values preventive medicine, I enjoy collaborating with my patients to provide individualized care for my patients' sleep needs, and in turn improving their quality of sleep, daytime functioning, and wellbeing."
